7-1-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this Chapter, the following definitions shall be applicable:
SIDEWALK: That portion of any street set apart for pedestrian use, except where such path crosses a street.
STREET: Any public thoroughfare, street, road, avenue, boulevard or alley in the City. (1944 Code § 85)
