A. It shall be unlawful for any person to commit an assault or battery or to fight in any public or private place in the City or on City owned property except in the course of athletic contests held in a gymnasium, or on a stage, or in a rink designed for such purpose.
B. Each such violation of the foregoing shall constitute a separate offense. Upon conviction of any of the enumerated offenses, any person so convicted shall be subject to a fine of not less than seventy five dollars ($75.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 2010-1, 2-1-2010)
