4-1-1: USE RESTRICTED:
It shall be unlawful to discharge or set off any fireworks, or give or exhibit any pyrotechnic displays in the City, excepting that public displays which are licensed may be given at any time permitted by the exhibition permit. (1944 Code § 258)
