3-7-2: LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE:

No raffle shall be conducted within the City of Barry without having first applied for and received a raffle license issued by the City of Barry Raffle Commissioner. There shall be no application fee for raffle license.

Raffle licenses shall be valid for one year only, and may be suspended or revoked for any violation of the State of Illinois Raffles Act. (Ord. 1998-08, 7-6-1998)
