8-2-12: INJURING PROPERTY:

It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully, maliciously, wantonly, negligently or otherwise, tamper with, injure, deface, destroy or remove real property or improvements thereto or any sign, notice, marker, topographical survey monument, or any other personal property belonging to the Village.
