Effective October 1, 2017:
(A) Time Allowed: Any refuse, debris, waste or containers thereof or household furnishings or any other articles set out for disposal, whether roadside or behind the lot line, shall be set out no earlier than the day before a pickup and such containers shall remain set out only one day after collection of its contents.
(B) Coverings: All refuse-filled containers set out for collection shall be securely covered to prevent their contents being strewn by wind or other means into the surrounding area.
(C) Penalty: Any person who violates this section shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day shall be a separate occurrence and fined accordingly. (Ord. 17-8, 4-24-2017)
