2-2-1: CREATION AND PURPOSE:

In order that adequate provision may be made for the preparation and enforcement of a comprehensive village plan for the guidance, direction and control of the development of the village, a plan commission is hereby created under the authority of section 11-12-4 of the Illinois municipal code. (Ord. 62-7, 8-27-1962)
