1-11-12: REVIEW UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW LAW:

The final determination of the Hearing Officer shall be subject to review in the Circuit Court of Cook County. The provisions of the Administrative Review Law , and the rules adopted pursuant thereto, shall apply to and govern every action for the judicial review of a final determination of a Hearing Officer under this chapter.
