4.1 The Commission shall hold regular meetings as scheduled in the discretion of the Commission. The Commission may call special meetings at the discretion of the Chair or by a quorum of Commission members.
4.2 Four members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum.
4.3 The Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary of the Commission shall be determined internally and identified to the County Judge Executive and Barren Fiscal Court annually.
