Section 1 Title and Scope

1.1 The title of this document is the Rules and Regulations of the Barren County Ethics Commission pursuant to Barren County Government Ordinance No. 556.

1.2 These Rules shall govern the procedure for filing and investigating all complaints; the practice in all hearing of complaints before the Barren County Ethics Commission; and the procedure for seeking and rendering advisory opinions.
