§ 154.03 MINIMUM LOT SIZE FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL LOT SUBDIVISIONS WITH NO SEWER HOOK-UP.
   (A)   Beginning January 1, 2000, all newly established residential subdivision lots which are not connected to a sewer system must have a lot size of no less than 25,000 square feet and must be at least 125 feet by 200 feet with a minimum of 125 feet width at the building set back line.
   (B)   Beginning January 1, 2000, the Joint City-County Planning Commission shall not approve a new residential subdivision plat that does not comply with division (A) above.
