§ 153.05 WARNINGS OF NONCOMPLIANCE.
   Prior to the issuance of any criminal summons for violation of this chapter, the addressing official of B.I.T.S. shall deliver a written warning either in person or by first class mail which shall inform the property owner or resident of the address assignment or address correction, or describe the violation and direct the correction of such violation or posting of the address assignment or correction within ten business days of the written notice. Thereafter, if subsequent inspection reveals the violation has not been corrected, the addressing official shall take the necessary action to cause the issuance of a criminal complaint for the violation through the County Attorney’s Office.
