Beginning immediately, Barren Information Technology Systems, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as B.I.T.S.), shall be the only agency within the county authorized to assign or cause to be assigned, and to delete or change property addresses, site addresses, and building addresses where appropriate so as to ensure no duplication of addresses. B.I.T.S. shall maintain a street index file containing the official list of valid road names.
