No mobile home or manufactured home may be erected, set up, or brought onto property in the county without first applying for and obtaining a permit for erection and habitation in the county for the unit. In addition to the requirements listed below, no unit shall be approved unless the electric and septic or sewer system permit has been applied for, and a plot plan showing home is inside all setback and right-of-way lines have been provided to the Building Inspector’s office.
