§ 151.03 BUILDING INSPECTION PROGRAM.
   (A)   Pursuant to KRS 198B.060(B), a building inspection program is hereby established in the county.
   (B)   The County Judge/Executive, with approval of Fiscal Court, shall hire a Building Inspector who shall be directly responsible to the County Judge/Executive. The Inspector is responsible for issuing applicable permits in the unincorporated areas, and will perform related tasks as required.
