The certified appointee of the County Fiscal Court shall be designated as the local enforcement agent/agency for said Kentucky Building Code. All Building Code inspections shall be performed by persons certified by the Commonwealth Department of Housing, Buildings, and Construction. All electrical inspections shall be performed by a certified electrical inspector specifically approved by this jurisdiction.
