Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than $500, or be imprisoned in the County Jail for not more than 12 months, or
both, fine and imprisonment, for each offense. Any person cited under this chapter may be cited again for the same violation one or more days after a prior citation and each citation shall constitute a separate offense.
