§ 110.08 ENTERTAINMENT PERMIT.

Notwithstanding anything in this chapter to the contrary, nothing in this chapter is intended to supersede or abrogate the requirement for any establishment providing entertainment as defined in KRS 231.010 to obtain a permit to operate a place of entertainment pursuant to KRS Ch. 231.
