§ 92.03 CITY-COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION RESPONSIBILITIES.

The City-County Planning Commission shall require new major subdivisions, any series of minor residential subdivisions totaling five or more lots, mobile home parks, and commercial subdivisions and developments in the county to comply with the fire hydrant and water supply requirements set out above.
