§ 31.06 ACCESS TO COUNTY SERVICES, PROGRAMS, AND FACILITIES.
   It is the objective of the Fiscal Court to provide equal access to county services, programs, and facilities, regardless of age, physical abilities, income, race, religion, or other factors.
