(A) KRS 67.045(6) states that the Fiscal Court shall consider the report of the Reapportionment Commission and in accordance with the provisions of KRS 67.075 through 76.077, adopt or amend the report in establishing the magisterial districts.
(B) The magisterial districts for the county shall be reapportioned and laid out so that all districts are compact, contiguous, and the population of each is as nearly equal as reasonably possible and shall be described as follows:
