(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Violators of any provision of § 30.02 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor under the laws of the commonwealth and shall be fined up to $1,000 and/or up to one year in the county jail, per violation.
