§ 90.10 CITATIONS FOR VIOLATIONS.

The Animal Control officers of the City of Glasgow and Barren County are authorized and empowered to issue citations for the violations of this chapter; however, this section is not to be construed to empower the Animal Control officers to make physical arrests or to give them the general arrest power of a peace officer.
