(A) Based upon a traffic investigation and study that it is unsafe to park motor vehicles on or along the road leading to Barren River Lake at the Austin Boat Ramp, there shall be established “No Parking” areas on and along said highway.
(B) The fines for parking in violation of this schedule shall be the same as are set forth in KRS 189.990(1).
(C) “No Parking” signs shall be posted under the direction of the County Road Supervisor.
(D) This schedule shall become effective 30 days after the second reading.
