SCHEDULE I. WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   The gross vehicle weight of any vehicle using Frontage Road shall not exceed 18,000 pounds unless granted by special permit issued by the commonwealth.
   (B)   Violation of this schedule shall be punishable by a fine of no less than $50 nor more than $100 for each offense.
