(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter. An officer charged with enforcing this chapter may issue a citation for the violation. Persons violating this chapter shall be subject to the following penalties. A fine to be paid to the county of not less than $250 nor more than $500, a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both.
(B) Each day the property’s condition remains in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation.
