(A) The hearing shall be scheduled within 21 days of the request for hearing.
(B) Notice of the hearing shall be given by regular mail and shall include the date, time, and place said hearing will be conducted.
(C) Such notice shall be mailed to the alleged violator at least seven days prior to the date of the hearing.
(D) The hearing shall be conducted in an informal manner with the alleged violator being given the opportunity to present his or her interests to the court.
(E) The County Fiscal Court or other body conducting said hearing shall have a reasonable time in which to render a decision and shall notify the alleged violator, in writing, of its decision and action to be taken.
