This chapter shall apply to the following:
(A) All residential subdivisions located within the county;
(B) All properties not located within a residential subdivision but which consists of less than five acres of land; and
(C) In no instance shall this chapter apply to solid waste originating from cultivation or agricultural activities and deposited on property under cultivation or otherwise being used for agricultural purposes.
