§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.04, or any lawful rules or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500, provided that each day’s violation thereof shall be a separate offense for the purpose hereof. Violators of §§ 50.01 through 50.04 may be issued a citation by the Sheriff of the county or by a duly-authorized official.
   (C)   (1)   The Sheriff of the county shall enforce §§ 50.15 through 50.20.
      (2)   Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation charged with a duty under §§ 50.15 through 50.20 but fails to or refuses to comply with §§ 50.15 through 50.20 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 with each day of noncompliance constituting a separate offense. All fines shall be remitted to the General Fund of the county within ten days after issuance of citation for noncompliance. In the event the citation is not paid within that time then this penalty shall be enforced by the County District Court.
   (D)   Failure to comply with § 50.35 shall be punishable of a fine no greater than $500 per day.
