§ 35.06 INMATE MEDICAL EXPENSE FEE.

   (A)   The County Jailer is hereby authorized to collect a co-payment for medical expenses of Jail inmates.

   (B)   For every medical expense incurred by a prisoner, the Jailer may collect a fee of $3 from the Commissary Funds from those prisoners who have funds available.
