(A) The County Judge/Executive may issue such orders by whatever name denominated, as are reasonably necessary and proper to implement a plan of affirmative action.
(B) The County Judge/Executive may maintain in a current status such information as is necessary to monitor the progress of any affirmative action plan adopted by the Fiscal Court.
(C) The County Judge/Executive may require progress reports showing personnel actions from each agency and office of the county and may prepare a consolidated report on equal employment opportunity progress on all county employees for submission to the Fiscal Court.
