(A) (1) The County Treasurer and/or Payroll Clerk are hereby authorized to make changes in personnel and pay rate within existing budget appropriations as directed by the County Judge/Executive, County Clerk, Sheriff, and Jailer.
(2) The Jailer, however, may not add to the number of Deputy positions until directed by Fiscal Court.
(B) The information regarding the personnel and/or pay rate changes will be filed with the Court at the next regular meeting following said changes. A copy shall be placed in the Fiscal Court order book.
(C) The following data is required for pay rate changes:
(1) Employee name or position identification;
(2) New rate of pay; and
(3) Effective date of change.
(D) The following data is required for new employees:
(1) Employee name;
(2) Rate of pay;
(3) Job title; and
(4) Effective date of hire.
