Retail liquor establishments shall annually pay the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) as a license fee for the conduct of such business, and no refund of all or any part of any license fee shall be made at any time following issuance thereof. (Ord. 82-04, 5-18-1982; amd. Ord. 85-04, 6-4-1985)
