No owner or person in charge of a dog, cat or other pet animal shall permit it to run at large or to commit any nuisance within the limits of any travel trailer parking area. Livestock, poultry and any animal other than normal household pets, i.e., dogs, cats, are expressly prohibited in the boundaries of the Town, including the travel trailer parking area.
