Every owner, operator, attendant or other person operating a travel trailer parking area shall notify the Natrona County Health Department and the Town Engineer immediately of any suspected communicable or contagious disease within the travel trailer parking area. In the case of disease diagnosed by a physician as quarantinable, the departure of a trailer or its occupants or the removal therefrom of clothing or other articles which have been exposed to infection without approval of the health authority is prohibited.
