7-3-3: COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
   A.   General:
      1.   The person to whom a license is issued under this Chapter, shall, at all times, operate the travel trailer parking area in compliance with this Chapter and shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the travel trailer parking area, its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
      2.   Any lot or tract, whether platted or unplatted, annexed to the Town after the effective date hereof, and at the time of such annexation is being used as a travel trailer parking area, shall have two (2) years from and after annexation to comply with the following sections and subsections of this Chapter: 7-3-12A, 7-3-13A3, 7-3-13C, 7-3-16C and 7-3-21.
      3.   Any lot or tract, whether platted or unplatted, which is operating as a bona fide travel trailer parking area at the time this Chapter becomes effective, shall have two (2) years from and after the effective date hereof to comply with the following provisions of this Chapter: 7-3-12A, 7-3-13A3, 7-3-13C, 7-3-16C and 7-3-21.    B.   Regulations Of Town Council: The Town Council is hereby authorized to make, and, after public hearing, to adopt such written regulations as may be necessary for the proper enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter. Such regulations shall have the same force and effect as the provisions of this Chapter, and the penalty for violations of the provisions thereof shall be the same as the penalty for violation of the provisions of this Chapter.
