The following Chapter shall apply to any institution, person, firm or corporation operating, maintaining or offering for public or private use, either free of charge or by payment of a fee, for parking a travel trailer, truck camper or tenting unit as defined in this Chapter when the number of such units exceeds two (2) and are inhabited.
