4-2-13: OPEN CONTAINER LAW 1 :
It shall be unlawful:
   A.   For any person to sell or dispense alcoholic or malt beverages in open containers from the licensed facilities used to serve customers for off-premises consumption, commonly referred to as a "drive-up window".
   B.   To operate a motor vehicle in which alcoholic or malt beverages are present in an open container.
   C.   To possess or consume alcoholic or malt beverages from an open container in a motor vehicle.
   D.   "Open Container" is defined as any glass, cup, bottle, can or other receptacle used for drinking which is not sealed or capped. (Ord. 92-07, 7-21-1992)
