A. Possession Of Marijuana: It is unlawful for any person to knowingly or intentionally possess marijuana except as otherwise provided by law.
B. Inhalation Of Toxic Vapors: For the purpose of causing or resulting in a condition of intoxication, euphoria, excitement, exhilaration, stupefication or dulling of the senses or nervous system, no person shall intentionally smell or inhale the fumes from any glue or similar toxic vapor, or consume or use any otherwise legal substances for a purpose or not in accordance with its legitimate use or purpose as is generally known, used or advertised; provided, that this subsection shall not apply to the inhalation of any anesthesia for medical or dental purposes when administered or directed by a licensed physician or dentist.
C. Transfer And Sale Of Controlled Substances: For the purpose of violating or aiding another to violate any provisions of this Section, no person shall intentionally possess, buy, sell, transfer possession or receive possession of any substances herein provided. (1999 Code)
