4-2-7: CURFEW FOR MINORS:
   A.   Age And Hour Limitations: It is unlawful for any child under the age of sixteen (16) years to loiter or play in, upon or about the streets and public thoroughfares of the Town, or for any such child to be upon any public place, street or thoroughfare between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M., or unless such child is accompanied by his parent or in the performance of a duty directed by his parent or guardian, or unless such child is on a lawful errand, making it necessary to be in such places after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M.; provided, that such a child may be on the public sidewalk in front of the child's home, with the permission of the child's parent or guardian.
   B.   Graduated Penalties:
      1.   For the first offense, a monetary fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00); and
      2.   For the second offense, a monetary fine of fifty dollars ($50.00); and
      3.   For the third offense and every offense thereafter, a monetary fine of seventy five dollars ($75.00). (Ord. 93-03, 4-20-1993)
