4-2-4: OFFENSES AGAINST THE PERSON:
   A.   Assault 1 : It shall be unlawful for any person having the present ability to do so to attempt to commit bodily injury to another.
   B.   Battery 2 : It shall be unlawful for an individual to touch another in a rude, insolent or angry manner, or intentionally, knowingly or recklessly cause bodily injury to another.
   C.   Recklessly Endangering Another Person 3 : It shall be unlawful for a person in an audacious and reckless manner to engage in conduct which places or may place another person in danger of death or serious bodily injury.
   D.   Refrigerators, Iceboxes, Etc., Abandonment 4 : It shall be unlawful for any person to leave or permit to remain outside of any dwelling, building or other structure or within any unoccupied or abandoned building, dwelling or other structure under his control, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or other container which has an airtight door or lid, snap lock or other locking devices, which may not be released from the inside, without first removing the door or lid.
