925.01 WATER-SEWER SUPERINTENDENT.

(b) The Water-Sewer Superintendent shall be responsible for the supervision and control of the maintenance of the water and sewer distribution systems of the Village consistent with policies established by Village ordinances and regulations and orders, under the supervision and control of Village Council and the Village Administrator.
