§ 70.01   UNMUFFLED ENGINE BRAKES.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      UNMUFFLED ENGINE BRAKES. Unmuffled compressed-air engine brakes.
   (B)   The use of unmuffled engine brakes on motorized vehicles is prohibited in the town.
   (C)   Appropriate signs shall be posted at the town limits on streets under the jurisdiction of the town.
