§ 98.04 ADMINISTRATION AND INTERPRETATION.
   (A)   Administration. The Sign Administrator for the City of Bardstown is charged with the implementation, administration, and enforcement of this chapter. The Sign Administrator is also charged with the issuance of sign permits.
   (B)   Interpretation. The decision of the Sign Administrator shall be valid in areas of interpretation and vagueness. Appeal of decisions of the Sign Administrator shall be made to the Bardstown City Council.
