§ 92.13 DEFINITION OF RESIDENCY FOR PURPOSES OF PURCHASING CEMETERY LOTS.
   In order to establish residency for the purposes of purchasing a cemetery lot, an individual must present to the Cemetery Sexton documentation of his or her residency status. Residency may be established by presenting a government-issued photo identification listing a current address and a piece of mail addressed to the individual at that address, or any other documentation deemed acceptable by the Cemetery Sexton. If extenuating circumstances exist, it shall be at the discretion of the Cemetery Sexton to determine the documentation that may be accepted to establish residency and/or waive the residency requirement.
