(A) Council hereby authorizes the Fire Division to aid all other firefighting and EMS agencies in the county by providing assistance with their EMS and firefighting equipment.
(B) The Fire Chief is hereby authorized to charge other communities where mutual aid is provided by the Barberton Fire Department, in accordance with the receiving community’s billing practices.
