§ 234.14 STREET CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.

The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to create a new fund, the “Street Capital Improvement Fund”, to account for the additional income tax collected from the 0.25% income tax increase effective 1-1-2014.
