§ 234.12 FIRE PREVENTION AND EDUCATION FUND.

(A) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to create a new fund, the “Fire Prevention and Education Fund”, to account for donations received for fire prevention activities.

(B) The donations deposited in the “Fire Prevention and Education Fund” will be used for special projects and will be separate from the annual Fire Department Budget.
