§ 234.09 APPLICATIONS FOR LOANS FROM CITY; CREDIT REPORT REQUIRED.

   (A)   The Administration of the city shall secure a credit report on any individual or company who or which applies for a loan from the city.

   (B)   The Director of Law is hereby authorized to establish the legal parameters for the use of such credit reports by the administration to avoid invasion of privacy problems.
