§ 624.16 COUNTERFEIT CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.

(A) No person shall knowingly possess any counterfeit controlled substance.

(B) Whoever violates division (A) above shall be guilty of possession of counterfeit controlled substances, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
